Board of Directors
Greg Callman is the Global Head, Energy Technology & Solutions, Senior Managing Director at Macquarie Group. Greg Callman led the global business development and market entry at Tesla Energy, establishing Tesla’s energy storage business in Australia and New Zealand. Callman also developed Tesla’s Supercharger program in North America and Europe. Before joining Tesla, he served at the U.S. Department of Energy, ARPA-E, where he focused on commercializing advanced battery technology.
Callman's background includes entrepreneurial ventures, corporate development, and advisory work in emerging markets. He studied chemistry at the University of Virginia, and energy policy at Johns Hopkins, SAIS. He is based in Palo Alto, California.
Mr. Callman's Global Energy Technology team invests in companies and infrastructure across a range of areas, including electrification, distributed energy and energy storage. One of the first investors in the Series A Funding for In-Charge Energy, Greg Callman also sits on the In-Charge Energy's Board of Directors.
Tracy K. Price is the founder and driving force behind QMerit. A serial entrepreneur with three successful exits, his vision to incorporate technology and process standards has resulted in growth and success at every company he has led. As a testament to this, he received the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award (Orange County) in 2008, and his vision and dedication to quality and technology was recognized by Microsoft, which awarded the company its top customer honor, the Overall Customer Achievement Award in 2009, and the Pinnacle Excellence Award for Technology Evangelism in 2007. With Mr. Price as President and CEO of the new venture, QMerit was formed to bring this industry-changing technology platform to a broader set of global markets.
Bob started his career at ABB in 1999, and assumed the role of Director of EVI North America in 2017. In this role Bob is the local product group manager for EV Charging Infrastructure, which includes responsibly for manufacturing of EV Charging equipment in North America as well as Sales and Marketing of EV Chargers in the USA.
Prior to the EV Charging role, from 2015 to 2017 Bob was responsible for Microgrids in North America for ABB. This role was part of ABB’s Corporate Business Development efforts across all ABB divisions and business units.
Today, Bob holds a role on the Board of Directors with In-Charge Energy, having greatly contributed to the initial success of In-Charge's launching strategy.
Decades of EV Experience
The veteran In-Charge Energy team has 50+ years of experience in the EV industry including Tesla, ABM, NRG Energy, EVGo, and Innogy e-Mobility.
Cameron founded In-Charge Energy with over 32 years of experience in Energy Efficiency, EV Charging Infrastructure development and EV Solutions for OEM Auto Makers across the US, Canada, Latin America and Europe. Previously, Cameron was CEO of innogy e-Mobility US, a division of the German energy company Innogy SE. There, he participated in acquiring the leading U.S. electric vehicle fast charging hardware company and a customer-facing software application with over 700,000 regular users.
Cameron previously owned an EV and Electrical Services Company that was acquired by The LINC Group and then acquired by ABM in 2010. He was responsible for establishing the EV Charging business at ABM Delivering Global Infrastructure Services at scale.
Cameron has an Electrical Engineering and Robotics, Controls background and has led many strategic partnerships with OEM Vehicle Manufacturers, Fleet Providers and Government Agencies.
Terry cofounded In-Charge Energy in 2019.
Previously, Terry led North American strategy for innogy e-Mobility US, a division of the $40 billion per year German energy company. There, he participated in acquiring the leading U.S. electric vehicle fast charging hardware company and a customer-facing software application with over 700,000 regular users.
Terry also led the Market Development and the Western United States for EVgo, the nation’s largest public fast charging company for electric vehicles (EVs), taking that company from its first public fast charging installation in 2011 to more than 1,000 chargers nationwide and overseeing an investment program of over $140 million. He led partnerships with major automakers, energy companies and state governments, including a $122.5 million agreement with the California Public Utilities Commission.
He has served as Mayor Pro Tempore for the City of Santa Monica for over a decade and has served in community leadership positions across California and Mexico; including Waterkeeper Alliance, Coro Southern California; The USC Center for Sustainable Cities, Environmental Entrepreneurs, Coalition for Clean Air, and the Metropolitan Water District. He has an MBA from The UCLA Anderson School of Management and BA with honors from Stanford University, with a behavioral economics thesis addressing national savings policy using lessons from energy conservation policies.
Krishna Vanka has extensive expertise in Logistics, Location Intelligence, and building Startups. Recently, Krishna was selected as one of the “Most Influential Business Leaders” in the Orange County Business Journal - two years in a row (2019 & 2020 - OC500 annual publication) for his contributions in building MyShoperoo. Under Krishna's leadership, MyShoperoo is ranked the No. 6 most fundable startup in the U.S., amongst 3500 and featured in Entrepreneur magazine in Dec 2019.
Prior to his own venture, Vanka was an early employee and executive at Telogis Inc., (SaaS leader in Fleet management) for 7+ years, where he built and managed various Product teams, including the one that built the world’s fastest and first cloud based route optimization engine. RouteCloud is used by some of the nation’s largest fleets today, a key development that led to the company’s 2016 sale to Verizon for a reported $950+ million.
A career path in Facilities Services, Electrical Construction and Critical Power Services has taken Van across Canada, USA, UK, Central and South America. He also had a parallel path of PC programming and repair which dovetailed into Petroleum system controls for vehicle fleet fueling systems, then later Data Center development. Over the past four years, they have been rapidly deploying EV Charging systems. The challenges of parking, ADA compliance, growth, High Power DC chargers, Energy Storage and monetizing EV charging provide opportunities for our ABM team to help customers improve their Electric Vehicle environment.
The previous 15 years have been spent in Electrical Asset Management and Data Center Development. The projects have ranged from High-Density deployments, Hot Aisle Containment Systems, Chilled Water, Glycol and DX cooling systems.

With over a decade of EV industry experience, Obrie Hostetter is an industry leader who has created and launched user-centered charging systems and programs for consumers and fleets. Her experience includes: the planning and build out of mass-scale EV infrastructure networks, EV software and interoperability market development, microgrid go-to-market planning, and government affairs.
She has a deep understanding of both the electric vehicle and power generation industries and is passionate about bringing disruptive products to market. Obrie has held positions in private and public organizations including: NRG Energy, Faraday Future, Hubject and CPUC.
Obrie holds an MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School and was an NRG Presidential Fellow.
Mr. Maurer has over 24 years of experience in the Energy Industry where he has held various and increasing levels of management and responsibility, and has been involved with over $900M in Energy Saving Programs to clients. He is a recognized leader in the industry by his co-workers and competition alike. He is involved with leadership positions in multiple industry related organizations – NAESCO (Board Member), BOMA, ASHRAE (Former Treasurer) and Energy Services Coalition. Mr. Maurer has been involved in multiple speaking engagements at industry/ market events and The White House. Mr. Maurer is also involved with and holds leadership positions within 2 Cancer Fund Organizations.
He is an expert in the development of new businesses and markets in clean technologies. A leader in driving P&L improvements by reinvigorating maturing product lines through innovation. Expertise in the expansion and adoption of disruptive technologies that enable business growth in a sustainable manner.
Paul Glenney delivers brand assimilations resulting from mergers and acquisitions: Siemens to Royal Dutch/Shell (solar) and Teledyne to Allegheny-Teledyne (electronics). His technology solutions have targeted the following markets: aerospace, automotive, cleantech, commercial, consumer, defense, electronics, industrial, and instrumentation.
Todd Singh is an Operations Manager with over 35-years of experience in the construction industry. Adaptability, commitment, strong customer service, and excellent follow-through are traits that have enabled him to become a valued team player. A strong work ethic and excellent organizational and communication skills allow him to accomplish multiple responsibilities and projects while maintaining a professional attitude.
Sean has over 20 years of experience in the Electrical Service industry. Over 15 years management experience. Specializing in Critical Power Systems and electrical system maintenance. NETA II certified, Level 3 Infrared certified, OSHA 30 certified, NFPA 70E trained.
Carl Hansen leads cross-departmental teams in solving complex regulatory and political challenges at the city and state levels. He is specifically focused on alternative transportation, housing and technology policy, supporting both private sector and nonprofit organizations.
Graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a B.A. in Philosophy, Technology and Ethics. Sales and business development professional with experience in the on premise software and cloud computing space. Excited about how technological innovation can drive successful adoption of EVs. Avid music fan that also enjoys surfing, traveling, and LA’s diverse food scene.
With 9 years of customer service experience and over 4 years performing laboratory diagnostics and testing in the medical setting, Sierra coordinates sales efforts for In-Charge Energy, adding to the team’s flawless execution of putting electric vehicles on the map.
Cherice Lopez has a history of 10 years in the EV Charging industry. She has worked in many fields ranging from Purchasing, Administration, Contracts, Installation Network, and Marketing all while developing skills to help contribute when needs arise. Her work ethic, continuous yearning to learn, organizational skills and demonstrated talent for developing and managing multiple projects and programs have enabled her to grow in this industry.
Cherice is a team player and a valuable asset who sees the importance in building strong relationships with everyone she interacts with. She has a get the job done no matter what mentality, a strong drive, a positive attitude and enjoys taking on new challenges.
