Subcontractor Prequalification

As part of our onboarding process, all partners are prequalified through Compass, our centralized risk and compliance partner. This ensures a standardized, transparent evaluation of HSE performance, financial stability, and operational readiness, streamlining onboarding while providing both InCharge and our customers with a higher level of assurance and ongoing visibility into partner performance.

Your information is to be submitted annually into COMPASS. You will need the following documents:

W9
Project References
Experience Modification Rating (EMR)
OSHA 300/300A Forms
Financial Statements
Banking, Bonding, and Insurance Information

COMPASS is a secure, web-based application designed to allow subcontractors to efficiently satisfy prequalification requests from multiple GCs by completing a single prequalification form (COMPASS 1Form).
