InCharge Energy Launches an Enhanced Service Management System to Strengthen Charger and Renewable Energy Reliability and Customer Support

February 10, 2026

[Los Angeles, California] — [February 10, 2026] — InCharge Energy today announced the launch of a new, purpose‑built service management system integrated with ServiceMax field service management platform and strengthened by data‑powered enhancements. Together, these advancements significantly elevate InCharge’s ability to diagnose issues, dispatch technicians, complete maintenance and repairs, and close service cases—delivering faster response times, higher uptime, and a more intelligent, predictive service experience for customers with EV charging, lighting, battery storage, and solar energy assets. This technology deployment supports InCharge’s rapidly growing renewable energy service portfolio.

Smarter Dispatch and Faster Resolution

The ServiceMax integration allows InCharge to route technicians based on skill, proximity, and parts availability, ensuring each visit is efficient and effective. This significantly reduces repeat dispatches, accelerates issue resolution, and minimizes disruptions for fleet, commercial, and enterprise charging operators —and now extends these benefits across integrated energy systems such as lighting, solar, and battery solutions.

InControl™: The Core of Intelligent Charger Maintenance

At the center of the service ecosystem is InControl™, InCharge’s cloud-based charger management and maintenance platform. InControl provides real‑time performance visibility, remote diagnostics, and automated fault detection — enabling many issues to be resolved without sending a technician onsite. Customers benefit from faster problem resolution, reduced downtime, and more predictable service outcomes.

InControl also supports tiered licensing – from Charger Management & Maintenance System (CMMS) to Maintenance System to Service Connection—linking each asset to InCharge’s Network Operations Center (NOC) and Support Operations Center (SOC) for remote monitoring and rapid intervention. This architecture now extends to a broad range of field‑managed assets.

To further elevate service quality, the InControl platform will include two new AI-driven capabilities:

  • Data‑Powered Service Work Instructions for context-aware technician guidance
  • Case Smart Summary for automatically generated structured service case histories

These features streamline technician workflows, reduce administrative burden, and further elevate service transparency and predictability across EV charging and renewable‑energy service operations.

“We are building a service ecosystem that leads the industry in intelligence, reliability, and customer value,” said Rich Mohr, Chief Executive Officer. “Our InControl™ platform, combined with new ServiceMax and AI capabilities, gives customers the performance, visibility, and uptime they need to operate with confidence across their entire electrified and renewable‑energy infrastructure.”

Setting a New Standard for EV Charging & Renewable Energy Service

With these new enhancements, InCharge Energy is redefining what premium EV charging service looks like — delivering higher charger reliability, smarter operations, and a stronger foundation for the future of electrified transportation and integrated renewable energy systems.
