Cameron Funk

Cameron founded InCharge Energy with over 32 years of experience in Energy Efficiency, EV Charging Infrastructure development and EV Solutions for OEM Auto Makers across the US, Canada, Latin America and Europe. Previously, Cameron was CEO of innogy e-Mobility US, a division of the German energy company Innogy SE. There, he participated in acquiring the leading U.S. electric vehicle fast charging hardware company and a customer-facing software application with over 700,000 regular users.

Cameron previously owned an EV and Electrical Services Company that was acquired by The LINC Group and then acquired by ABM in 2010. He was responsible for establishing the EV Charging business at ABM Delivering Global Infrastructure Services at scale.

Terry O’Day

Terry cofounded InCharge Energy in 2019. Previously, Terry led North American strategy for innogy e-Mobility US, a division of the $40 billion per year German energy company. There, he participated in acquiring the leading U.S. electric vehicle fast charging hardware company and a customer-facing software application with over 700,000 regular users.

Terry also led the Market Development and the Western United States for EVgo, the nation’s largest public fast charging company for electric vehicles (EVs), taking that company from its first public fast charging installation in 2011 to more than 1,000 chargers nationwide and overseeing an investment program of over $140 million. He led partnerships with major automakers, energy companies and state governments, including a $122.5 million agreement with the California Public Utilities Commission.

Senior VP Operations

Van Wilkins

Van was integral in the startup of the operations for InCharge Energy with over 35 years of experience in Construction, Fleet Fueling, Facilities Management, Data Center Reliability, EV Charging Infrastructure development and EV Solutions for OEM Auto Makers across the US, Canada, Latin America and Europe.

Previously, Van was the Director of Business Dev. and had P&L responsibility for ABM’s National Accounts team as it built out a large portion of early adopter EV infrastructure.  Prior to that Van operated several TEGG Service Franchises in Arizona and Virginia for Electrical Maintenance and Testing.

Chief Commercial Officer

Stephen Kelley

Steve leads all revenue functions at InCharge. Mr. Kelley brings more than 25 years of domain experience, specializing in the renewable energy and high-tech sectors. In this role he is helping OEM’s, Transit, Schools, Ports and Airports transition to Zero Emission vehicles. Prior to coming to InCharge Mr. Kelley formed Engie North America’s eMobility division and  was the cofounder of  Green Charge Networks (Acquired by Engie in 2014) where he helped install EV Charging battery storage systems in over 150 California cities, schools and counties.

Steve spent six years in the solar industry in leadership roles for SoCore Energy, DRI Energy, and SunPower. Steve’s prior sales management experience includes management positions at Solectron, Oracle, Visa, and IBM. Steve received his bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley in Industrial Engineering and Economics.
